Penelope is a 15 lb spayed female SWEET mixed breed dog. Penelope is friendly, submissive and adorable. Penelope currently lives with other animals (is cat approved!), uses a crate and seems housetrained. She's learning the ropes of leash walking as it seems she hasn't experienced it before. Penelope is looking for a home that will keep her on her route of being the best canine citizen she can be!
