Penny is a 3-4 yr old spayed female Chihuahua. She has successfully lived with cats/dogs and been around kids. She's friendly and has house manners. She seems to be house trained, but needs a consistent schedule. She is a sweet gal, best on leash walks, likes to be active or snuggle. She is fostered in Richmond, VT.
